Come up with a widget type of idea

Since widgets are mini-applications you need to look for projects that are simple, yet useful. Since the widget framework is already very internet based, it seems that internet projects are best.

For this demo we are going to make a widget that shows the LAJ Design news much like the news to the right. This way you can look at what programs we made and where we are going.
