5 1/2" tall thin cardboard tag that hung on a Dr. Pepper bottle. You filled it in to try and win a Dr. Pepper "delivery cycle". I'd sure like to have one of those now. These tags are unused stock that was found in a Dr. Pepper plant in Texas.
