1930s Crepe Halloween Hat

11+" wide crepe Halloween hat. Unsold stock found at the now defunct Acme Specialty Company in Northern Ohio. Circa 1930s. Cat head is diecut and embossed. Near perfect shape. Probably German, but not marked.
